We want you to love your MiSS ScenTT purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for Handbags and Accessories. For Fragrances, returns are accepted only if the product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Handbags must have all original tags attached.

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used fragrances/perfumes.

• Gift cards.

• Personalized or custom items (unless damaged upon arrival).

• Sale/Clearance items (Final Sale).

4. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at alcchrls2@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Damaged/Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping cost.

• Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
